DRIVING INSTRUCTIONS TO LOTHROP ASSOCIATES LLP

FROM SAW MILL RIVER PARKWAY (NORTH OR SOUTHBOUND)      

Exit 27 “Marble Avenue, Thornwood” traffic light exit.

(Right lane Northbound, left lane Southbound)

• Make right turn onto Marble Avenue, proceed under railroad bridge, road becomes “Kensico Avenue”, continue road becomes “Columbus Avenue”.
• At first traffic light after Valhalla Garden Center, make a right turn into “The Summit” office park.
• Make 1st left, proceed to stop sign, bear right at stop sign.
• Make left into parking garage.
• Walk to elevator lobby, Lothrop Associates office is on Floor #1.

FROM ROUTE 287 - WESTBOUND

Exit 7 “To Taconic Pkwy, North White Plains”.

• At end of service road make a right onto Route 22 North.
• Proceed to 2nd light, bear right – “Armonk” onto Route 22.  (Sir John’s Restaurant is on left).
• At second light make left onto “West Lake Drive” proceed over dam to end of road.
• Bear right at yield sign onto “Columbus Avenue”.
• At 4th traffic light, make left into “The Summit” office park.
• Make right turn, proceed down hill, make left turn at stop sign.
• Make left into parking garage.
• Walk to elevator lobby, Lothrop Associates office is on Floor #1.

FROM ROUTE 287 - EASTBOUND

Exit 6 “North White Plains, Route 22”.

• Make left onto Route 22 North.  Continue up Route 22, bearing left at Getty gas station.
• At first traffic light after Getty gas station bear right “Armonk” continuing on Route 22 (Sir John’s Restaurant is on left).
• At second light make left onto “West Lake Drive” proceed over dam to end of road.
• Bear right at yield sign onto “Columbus Avenue”.
• At 4th traffic light, make left into “The Summit” office park.
• #200 Summit Lake Drive is to your right front.
•  Make right turn, proceed down hill to stop sign.
• Make left turn at stop sign.
• Make left turn into parking garage.
• Walk to elevator lobby, Lothrop Associates is on Floor #1.

FROM TACONIC PARKWAY - SOUTHBOUND

From Taconic Parkway, continue South onto Sprain Parkway.

• Make right onto Bronx River Parkway (stay in left-hand lane).
• Make left at “Stevens Avenue” exit – traffic light. (Left lane exit).
• Proceed across parkway and up hill.
• At crest of hill, make left turn into “The Summit” office park.
• Continue into office park and at bottom of hill make right turn, continue to stop sign.
• Bear right at stop sign.
• Make left into parking garage.
• Walk to elevator lobby, Lothrop Associates is on Floor #1.

FROM TACONIC PARKWAY - NORTHBOUN

From White Plains, continue North on Parkway to “Taconic Parkway, Albany”.

• Make right at “Stevens Avenue” exit – traffic light.
• Proceed across parkway and up hill.
• At crest of hill, make left turn into “The Summit” office park.
• Continue into office park and at bottom of hill make right turn, continue to stop sign.
• Bear right at stop sign.
• Make left into parking garage.
• Walk to elevator lobby, Lothrop Associates is on Floor #1.
